Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Be in their original condition with all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.
  • Returns requested after the 30-day return period.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.

When submitting your request, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • The email address used to place your order.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for your return.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Please do not send any items back without receiving return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or you received an incorrect or defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the eligible item according to this policy and placing a new order for your preferred product.

Processing Time

Once your returned package has been received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.

Approved refunds will be issued promptly after the inspection has been completed.
